Returns & Refunds policy

Refund for One-Time Order: You are entitled to cancel your order if it is a duplicate order and not in the processing state. A refund is not applicable once the order is placed due to the complexity of logistics and the nature of the product (perishable items).

Refund for Fruits Monthly Subscription Orders: The user can cancel the monthly subscription by sending an email (connect@fruitpool.in) about the cancellation of the monthly subscription plan. Cancellation is only considered a plan with the next 30+ days gap from the last delivery of the product.

The cancellation is considered only from the next month's subscription month not the active month with a gap of 30+ days minimum.

Refund will processed within 15 days and the amount will be credited back to the same source from which the amount is credited.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement.

Conditions for returns:

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 2 days and are duplicate orders.

• The goods are in the original packaging

• Special case goods received in totally damaged condition or not as per the industry quality standard.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
